50 poets were approached and asked if they would allow us to offer their poems, all which have previously appeared in our cards over the last five years, to artists for selection in this exhibition. All of the poets agreed and several UK poets even asked if they could help! Even though all the poets won’t have their poems selected by artists we’re very grateful for their willingness to take part.
Over the next few months we’ll catch up with the poets – perhaps feature some of their poems, talk about their favourite writing spaces and photograph a place/area significant to them in their home town. Stay with us and watch the exhibition’s progress.
